Initial Assessment Appointment:

  • 60 min Health Assessment with one of our expert GPs

  • Complete analysis of current medical issues and health problems

  • Health history (medical and surgical)

  • Family Medical history

  • Lifestyle (exercise, diet & sleep)

  • Full physical examination

  • Vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, height, weight

  • Key body systems examined:

    • Heart and circulation

    • Chest and lungs

    • Abdominal organs

    • Skin

    • Nervous system

    • Females - breast examination & smear test for cervical cancer

    • Males - prostate & testicular examination

In-depth scans, performed same-day

  • MRI scan of abdomen and pelvis - ultra-high resolution 3T scanner which evaluates:​ Liver, kidneys, pancreas, gall bladder, spleen, bladder, prostate and other vital internal organs​

  • CT coronary angiography - pinpoint accurate scan to study blood flow to the heart, and look for any narrowings to help us evaluate your heart attack risk ​

  • Echocardiogram and ECG​ - Real-time assessment of how effectively your heart is pumping blood, muscle size and heart valve function and ECG to assess electrical signals and ensure normal rhythm​

  • Body Composition DEXA scan​ - Accurate assessment of body composition including fat levels around your abdominal organs (visceral fat)​

  • Breast imaging​ - For female patients, breast cancer screening with either ultrasound, mammogram or both modalities if needed​

Blood tests including these key areas:

  • Cholesterol levels and extended cardiac risk markers

    • the “good” and “bad” cholesterols and their balance,

    • Lipoprotein A and Apolipoprotein B, which are key to assessing cardiac risk

  • Diabetes and blood sugar testing

  • Key vitamins and minerals such as calcium, vitamin D3, B9 (folate) and B12 – critical for bone health, nerve function and blood cell production, as well as magnesium and zinc levels

  • Iron and ferritin levels – vital for energy levels and carrying oxygen around the body

  • Full blood count

  • Inflammatory markers C-reactive protein and ESR

  • Full thyroid function – overactive or underactive can impact weight and energy levels

  • Full liver and kidney function – ensuring effective toxin removal and filtration of your blood

  • Urine test – to check for blood in the urine, infection, protein

  • Stool FIT test – an extremely sensitive test for bowel cancers

Males:

  • Testosterone level – the male hormone critical for strength, energy and sex-drive​

  • Prostate cancer testing (PSA level)

Females:

  • Ovarian cancer testing (Ca 125, HE4/ROMA score)

  • Full hormone testing (oestrogen, FSH, LH, testosterone)

  • HPV Cervical cancer smear test
